Kintetsu World Express (USA) Inc. has established and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), designed to meet and exceed customers' requirements and expectations, and improve the overall quality control of the organization. The KWE USA Quality Management System meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard, and augments the KWE Quality Policy.

Using Microsoft Share Point functionality, a dedicated QMS section is hosted on the Company's portal, and can be readily accessed by all KWE personnel. This section houses all QMS-related materials including nonconformance reporting tools, corrective action measurements, customer feedback, internal audit results, company procedures and processes, as well as quality reference materials.

KWE USA holds a multi-site ISO certificate. The scope of KWE's ISO registration covers total logistics management and freight forwarding services, including imports, exports via air and ocean, warehousing, and distribution. As operational processes may marginally differ from location to location based on market demand, the ISO certification is modified to encompass the specific range of services.
