LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKER - ATLANTA
Location: Atlanta, GA

Description of position: -Provide Direct Oversight to ATL Brokerage Operations and ensure internal _ external compliance of KWE and our clients.
-Assist with performing local reviews of CTPAT vendor requests and conduct local CTPAT branch physical security on-site inspections/audits
-Collaborate with management to direct internal import compliance activities and staff training
-Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of KWE policies _ procedures, systems and regulatory and industry updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Licensed Customs Broker
-5 plus years brokerage/compliance management
-Post Entry processing experience
-Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - ATLANTA
Location: Atlanta, GA

Description of position: Responsibilities

1. Conduct telemarketing and email scouting for new business targets.

2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients involving both local and regional travel.

3. Participate in the quarterly sales and management meetings.

4. Maintain coordination and networking with Company offices (domestic and international).

5. Research raw market conditions and trends to assist with increasing sales activities.

6. Document all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

7. Assist in completing Request for Quotation (RFQ) packets and daily quotes.

Qualifications

1. Air import and export and ocean import and export sales experience is preferred.

2. Ability to create and administer presentations to internal and external audience.

3. Microsoft Office proficient, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is preferred.

4. Ability to identify and qualify sales leads/targets. Ability to understand market conditions and trends.

5. A minimum of two (2) years sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

6. A minimum of two (2) years experience in sales.

CUSTOMS BROKER MANAGER - DALLAS
Location: Dallas, TX

Description of position: Customs Broker Manager – Dallas Branch Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
       •Manage and direct all daily activities of Import and Brokerage Department Staff
       •Assist _ Advise brokerage department staff in processing _ submission of customs entries with US Customs _ Border Protection and other agencies
       •Respond to requests from clients, regulatory agencies, other Kintetsu branches and vendors promptly and in accordance with KWE standards.
       •Onboard new clients with all required documentation
       •Review all monthly audit reports and all daily reports for accuracy
       •Conduct staff training as necessary
       •Maintain up to date knowledge of KWE policies and procedures and regulatory and industry updates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
       •5-7 years customs regulation, customs clearance, brokerage _ operations experience.
       •Customs Brokers License with management experience
       •BA or equivalent experience preferred.
       •Industry certifications
       •Working knowledge of ABI Entry processing.
